I Got Sick

I've done everything I can to avoid getting sick this year and it didn't work. Well, granted, I didn't get the really bad stuff my coworkers had, but I still got a chest cold, which is really fucking annoying. I just bought some nasty ass cough syrup today and I've had two doses. I feel a little bit better at least. I can't fully talk, which sucks.
Tomorrow, we exchange secret Santa gifts at work. I got a coworker I really love being around, so I got her some Bath and Body Works stuff and I'll get her Red Bulls before I go to work. I hope she likes her gifts! I made sure to get some nice smelling stuff.
Hopefully this sickness passes before our friend Christmas next week. My partner is sick too, we likely just spread it between each other, so hopefully he gets better too.
